The 2.8"Eco Ned is our rendition of a ned rig. The ned rig, A.K.A. the Midwest finesse rig, has taken the fishing world by storm. This is because it has a smaller profile than most other lures and a more subtle action.
 
Combine this with our proven fish oil infused formula and that makes the Eco Ned an absolute deadly lure to land those chunky, finicky bass in tougher water conditions. The Eco Ned will outperform all other soft plastic lures when the fishing gets tough.
 
We offer the Eco Ned in multiple colors and (edible) glitter combinations. 
 
WHEN TO USE THE ECO NED
When pressured bass are more reluctant to bite due to frequently seeing shiny spinnerbaits, loud rattletrap crankbaits, and even larger plastic lures. 
When you need to fish a smaller profile lure to match the current environmental conditions.
 
WHERE TO USE THE ECO NED
The go-to presentation for anglers fishing tougher water conditions and/or highly pressured water.
The Eco Ned is perfect when fishing smaller bodies of water as well.
 
RIGGING TECHNIQUES
3/32 to 1/16 oz mushroom head jigs for shallow water 
1/8 to 1/4 oz mushroom head jigs for deeper water
 
RECOMMENDED TACKLE
The Eco Ned can be used on a light to medium-heavy action rod, but lighter tackle with 4-8lb mono is recommended for a more subtle presentation.
 
TARGET SPECIES
Largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, walleye, perch, and even crappie fall victims to the Eco Ned.
It’s not unheard of for the Eco Ned to work on medium to large size salmonids, such as salmon and larger sized trout. Not the most common lures for these fish, but they will work. However, if salmonids are your target species, we recommend using the Eco Shad.
